Puerto Vallarta - Famous for the wide variety of sensational cuisines found in its many restaurants, Puerto Vallarta is a culinary smorgasbord. Especially during the month of November, when chefs and visitors from around the world come to enjoy the extraordinary culinary delights served during the annual International Festival Gourmet Vallarta.

Featuring 10 days of fine dining and culinary events, the Puerto Vallarta Gourmet Festival gives visitors the unique opportunity to savor the flavors of Mexico - and the world - at many of the fine dining restaurants found around Banderas Bay.

Since 1995, the International Festival Gourmet Vallarta has been attracting around 35,000 attendees each year.
