Tennis Doubles Tournament at Rincon de Guayabitos

Yes, there is a tennis tournament in the seaside resort town of Rincon de Guayabitos about an hour drive north of Puerto Vallarta, and 10 minutes north of San Francisco. Since many players will be coming from Tepic the originally scheduled Singles event has been changed to a two day Doubles Tournament. Al proceeds from the event will also be donated to charity.
The Guayabitos/Vallarta players will be selected and drawn up with a partner from the Tepic clubs and then will have the chance to play at their own level...A,B,C,D. etc..
It should be a lot of fun and promises to be competitive. Also, it gives players an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful little town and spend time on the huge beaches outside the bay on the Pacific Ocean.
Cost: $100.00 pesos.
Draw: Friday, 5:00 pm at Hotel Penamar which gives everyone an opportunity to meet other players.
The tournament starts at 8:00 am on Saturday the 10th and plays out until Sunday the 11th.
There is a dinner/charity event Saturday night at 5:00 pm at the CONALEP school in La Penita de Jaltemba.
Hotel Rooms: offering a rate of $50.00 USD a night for an oceanfront room breakfast included at the Villa Corona Del Mar Bed and Breakfast.
