A special open house with Volvox Architect Iñaki Echeverria and Developer Marco Alvarez.

The Amapas I Penthouse Roof Garden offers fabulous views of Banderas Bay.

When an architect and developer fuse their efforts, the result is high-voltage drama.

A special open house was held at Amapas I on December 6th, 2007.
When an architect and developer fuse their efforts through art of space, environment and design, the result is high-voltage drama.

A new developer in the Bay of Banderas, Volvox of Mexico City, introduces its own brand of sleek construction in their first project, Amapas I, just minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Founded in 2000, Volvox, combines the talents of one architect and two developers, a rare combination in the world of real estate. "Instead of fighting, we are cooperating and listening to each other," says Iñaki Echeverria, Volvox architect, "It is a pleasure to work with developers, who understand and appreciate the creative aspects of building." Developers Marco Alvarez and Antonio Guitterez round out the Volvox team.

All of their projects have been in and around Mexico City, but after over a year of research, they decided to expand to Puerto Vallarta. "Every one of us is very fond of this city", says Iñaki, "All of us have vacationed in Puerto Vallarta many times over the last 20 years and now we have homes here and visit frequently, mixing business with pleasure."

Over the next two years, Volvox will be constructing five new developments in the Colonia Amapas and Conchas Chinas areas of Puerto Vallarta. The delivery date for the first project, Condominiums Amapas I, is scheduled for February 2008.

The Amapas I condominium project will consist of 18 luxury units, and half of them are still available. This development is quite special because all of the apartments are corner units that offer breathtaking panoramas of Banderas Bay.

Owners can also kick back and enjoy the view from the chic and generous common terrace. "Everything relates to the large common areas," says Iñaki, "I tried to maintain the mountain feeling throughout the spaces and there are garden areas linking nature to the interiors and many open walk ways."

Team Volvox considers itself environmentally friendly. They create beautiful areas while understanding and working with the natural environs. "Our projects become very personal," says Iñaki, "We would all live in our developments and believe we strike a balance between a good investment and a great place to call home." All Volvox developments are set in intimate surroundings, the largest having only 37 units.

The Puerto Vallarta real estate professionals at Timothy Fuller and Associates represent these gorgeous properties. "We are very proud to be representing such a distinct and architecturally elegant product," says Carl Timothy, Broker, "Volvox is a young and innovative company and we are excited to be working with them."

A special open house was held at Amapas I on December 6th, 2007. This gave other area real estate brokers a chance to meet the architect and developer, and tour the construction site. Volvox produces irresistible ocean view energy and at the same time, serenity, which Timothy Fuller and Associates are proud to represent.

For your convenience, a unique sales office for the Amapas I project, staffed by Timothy Fuller and Associates, will open during December 2007. Located on Olas Altas #509, you will find detailed information on all the striking new developments, plus Volvox will also have an office on the second floor with additional support and staff.

To see all of the new developments, check out floor plans, or view photos of the construction progress at Amapas I, visit TimothyFuller.com, or call the office at (322) 222-1535 for more information or to arrange a showing.
