The Renaissance Architect and Designer, Guillermo Rincon

The Renaissance features modern European / Mexican style in balconies, terraces, halls and gardens.
Mexico City Architect and Designer, Guillermo Rincon, is creating condominiums with interesting touches that only an artist can visualize at his new development, The Renaissance, just minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

A Mexico City native returns to his home country and experiences a rebirth. Architect and Designer, Guillermo Rincon, is creating condominiums with interesting touches that only an artist can visualize in his new development, The Renaissance, just minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

An architectural graduate of UNAM in Mexico City, who also received his post-graduate degree at UC Davis in California, Guillermo not only studied architecture but art and music. He is a painter, sculptor and concert pianist. A great deal of his artwork will be scattered throughout the project in the common areas.

"I have not worked in Mexico for over ten years," says Guillermo, "The Renaissance project represents a lot of personal feelings for me. I have designed a modern building with many Mexican accents, in order to keep the country's identity. Puerto Vallarta just seemed a natural place to realize my ambition."

Intimate in number, The Renaissance has nine condominiums and three town houses. Guillermo has been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta for over 20 years and knows the importance of an ocean view, so the units are designed with two master suites with spectacular vistas of the bay. Bright, open spaces characterize this project and owners will be pleased with the drama and modern amenities.

A special open house was held on December 13, 2007 to showcase the talents of Guillermo and for realtors to get a glimpse of this special development perched on the side of the Sierra Madre Mountains with great ocean and tropical jungle views.

"What makes Renaissance special is that it is close to everything," says Carl Timothy, Sales Agent at Timothy, Fuller & Associates, "It's a beautiful condominium at an accessible price and the location in relation to Los Muertos Beach and the Olas Altas area for shops and dining makes it accessible and within walking distance to all the wonderful things Puerto Vallarta has to offer."

Upon completion, look for hand-made crown molding, canterra stone, granite counter tops and Amapa wood doors. Guillermo has focused on contemporary living with Mexican accents, including arches and ambiance. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining and the space to enjoy the vista from many angles.

Guillermo also has plans for a few more small developments in the area. He simply loves Puerto Vallarta and wants to share his excitement for the city and its personality. He has a personal attachment to his work and will have a unit in the building.
