Barefoot Luxury Living in Puerto Vallarta
email this pageprint this pageemail usLaura Gelezunas - PVNN

One of the most talked about developments in town is Molino de Agua, a beachfront development that offers barefoot luxury in the heart of the city.

There's a whole lot of construction going on in Puerto Vallarta and one of the most talked about developments has been the Molino de Agua in the heart of the city. For the developers this project is over fifty years in the making.

Sales at the new Molino de Agua were much better than expected and a few more "sold" signs were posted after a gala open house party on December 14th, 2008. Over 200 potential buyers toured the finished units. Its unique location offers river, mountain, city and spectacular ocean visitas. Plus, it is within walking distance to all the city has to offer, including fine dining, shopping and art galleries.

Berry Development out of Madera, California builds for today, with your future in mind. "I'm so excited about this project, I can't tell you, I mean, I love this," says Mike Pistoresi, DMP Development Corporation, one of the partners in the project. "What's not to enjoy? I love working with the architect, I love working with our general contractor, it has just been a lot of fun."

The developer has over fifty years of experience and expertise in construction and design management. Past projects include condominiums to gated private homes, and commercial construction from hospitals to airport and manufacturing facilities. Their track record shows an affinity for the environment but this particular project struck a personal cord.

"I came to Puerto Vallarta in 1954 way before it became a vacation hot spot. There was a grass landing strip, a few buildings and some donkeys, nothing else really. But I liked the atmosphere, the general feeling, the tropical air, the people and I believed that some day I was going to return and do build something," says David L. Berry of Berry Development, "I saw this in my mind many years ago, and now it's a dream come true!"

The flow to the interior design and the wide open spaces make entertaining easy and gives the units airy ambiance. The three bedroom, three bath contemporary condominiums reflect bold style while integrating Mexican materials and craftsmanship. From every balcony the nights become electric as the sunset fades into starlight.

The sales agents at Timothy Fuller cannot wait to show off this project, so call (322) 222-1535 to schedule a personal tour or visit their website, TimothyFuller.com to watch the live construction camera, see photos or contact the sales team for more information.
