Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu will feature a different region's cuisine through the end of August, so look for new choices every week.
 
Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu continues through the end of August. This week explore the exotic flavors of Thailand. This is the third season for this special menu and it has been a huge success, offering diners their choice of three delectable dishes from a selection of small plate specials for one low price.

More Flavors of Thailand – Más Sabores de Thailandia
$269 pesos per person includes your choice of one dish from each category:

First Course - Aperitivos

• Miang Kam "Tasty Bites" with chili, peanuts, toasted coconut, shallots and dry shrimp in La-Lop leaves
Bocadillo "Sopresa" con coco tostado, cacahuate, limón, chalote y chile con salsa de piloncillo

• Clear Noodle Salad with ground pork, shrimp, shallots, mint and chile in a tamarind sauce
Ensaladas de Fideo Claro, cerdo molido, camarones y cacahuates en salsa de tamarindo

• Lemongrass Infused Coconut Soup with shrimp and mushrooms
Sopa de Leche de Coco con Té de Limón, camarones y champiñones

• Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and cucumber relish
Brochetas de Pollo con salsa de cacahuate y salsa agriadulce

• Spicy Calamari Salad with shallots, mint, jicama, cilantro and a lemongrass dressing
Ensalada de Calamar con aderezo picoso, echalote, hierba buena, y té de limón

Entrée - Segundo
(with the exception of Pad Thai, all main-courses are served with steamed rice

• Panang Curry with beef, mushrooms, coconut milk and basil in a thick and sweet red curry sauce
Curry Rojo con res, champiñones, leche de coco y albahaca

• Green Curry with chicken, bell peppers and eggplant
Curry Verde con pollo, morrones y berenjena

• Sweet and Sour Shrimp with pineapple, cucumber and onion
Camarones, pepino, cebolla y piña con salsa agriadulce

• Wok Fried Pad Thai Noodles with shrimp, peanuts and eggs
Fideo de Arroz 'Pad Thai' con camarones, huevos y cacahuates

• Crispy Fried Fish with spicy green mango salad
Pescado Frito con ensalada picosa de mango verde

Dessert - Postre

• Tempura Bananas with coconut gelato
Platano Frito con gelato de coco

• Coconut Rice Pudding with fresh mango
Arroz con Coco y mango fresco

The Summer Sizzle Menu is available for dinner only, but stop by any time. Open from 9 am to 10:30 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Closed on Tuesdays from May 1st to October. Visa, MasterCard and Banamex accepted. Reservations are recommended.
