Savor the flavors of the world, without ever leaving Puerto Vallarta! Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle continues this week with mouth-watering Mediterranean meals from their special 3-course menu that features your choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert for only $299 pesos from July 29th-August 3rd.
This week's Summer Sizzle Menu is a colorful mix of Mediterranean flavors with your choice of one dish from each course:
Starters
• Eggplant Napoleon with basil, panela cheese and balsamic vinaigrette
• Greek Salad with cucumber, bell pepper, red onions, tomatoes, olives and Feta cheese
• Fritti Misti with calamari, shrimp and lemon aioli
Entrées
• Seared Sea Scallop with spinach, pan finished baby lentils and Salmoriglio sauce
• Cappellini Carbonara with pancetta and egg
• Pan Finished Veal "Saltimboca" served over soft polenta
Desserts
• Tiramisu
• Mango Sorbet with candied ginger
All the searing sensations can be enhanced with the new house wine by the bottle or glass. The sizzling summer specials continue through the end of August. Next week's Summer Sizzle menu will feature some jazzy Japanese recipes, so mark your calendar now, or stop by Daiquiri Dick's anytime for breakfast lunch or dinner.
