Every week there is a different country to explore through unique cuisine. This week, you can sample a sprinkle of Pacific Rim flavors from the restaurant's special 3-course Summer Sizzle Menu.
From August 12-17th Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu features your choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert for only $299 pesos.
Starters
• Steamed Pork and Shrimp Kyoza (Dumplings)
• Samosa with Tamarind Chutney
• Mini Open Face Lamb Tacos served with Avocado-Tomato Sauce
Entrees
• Grilled Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with braised spinach and rice
• Wok Sautéed Chicken with spicy garlicky basil sauce over rice
• Lamb Burger with Curry on Pita Bread, with grilled vegetables and minted yogurt sauce
Desserts
• Ginger Gelato
• Jack Daniels Chocolate Soufflé Tort with pecans and chocolate sauce
All of these searing sensations can be enhanced with the restaurant's private label house wines - by the bottle or by the glass. Daiquiri Dick's sizzling summer specials continue through the end of August.
