January US Consular Agency Community Network Breakfast

December 31, 2009

The "Bring a Thing" program at December's Network Breakfast focused on Biblioteca Los Mangos, and many items for Sally's Corner (Children's Library) were brought.
The U.S. Consular Agency monthly breakfasts are turning out to be wonderful events! On December 18, 2009 the event was held at the beautiful River Cafe, serving up a scrumptious buffet breakfast! (the sweet rolls there are to die for!)

The venues change each month, from Puerto Vallarta to the far north of Banderas Bay. Each breakfast includes a "Bring-A-Thing" item focusing on a specific local charity. December's breakfast focused on Biblioteca Los Mangos and items for Sally's Corner (Children's Library) were brought. Lots of items including craft supplies, paints, scissors, paper - everything needed to keep the children busy with various projects. Thank you to all that donated! Very much appreciated!

The next U.S. Consular Breakfast is scheduled for January 15, 2010 at the Vallarta Yacht Club in Nuevo Vallarta. The Bucerias Bilingual Community Center is the deserving charity this month with items needed such as English/Spanish dictionaries and workbooks, copy paper & office supplies. 9 am Puerto Vallarta time. For reservations, please email Laurie Ailworth at lailworth(at)yahoo.com. Price: $90 pesos includes breakfast and tip.

This is another sensational way to meet new folks, greet old friends, promote your business or charity from the South side to the northern tip of the Banderas Bay! Join in!
