One of the best things about summertime in Puerto Vallarta is Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. From June through August this popular beachside restaurant is once again offering diners a choice of three delectable courses (appetizer, entrée and dessert) from different countries around the world for just $299 pesos per person.
The Summer Sizzle visits India this week. Enjoy these savory flavors through July 28, 2010.

• Curried Carrot Soup with Crème Fraîche
• Lamb Samosa with Mint Chutney
• Spicy Chicken Meat Balls with Honey-tomato Sauce
Entrées
• Shrimp Tandoori with Pineapple Chutney and Basmati Rice
• Chicken Korma with Almonds and Raisins over Rice
• Spicy Beef Curry with Carrots
