One of the best things about summertime in Puerto Vallarta is Daiquiri Dick's Summer Sizzle Menu. From June through August this popular beachside restaurant will once again be offering diners a choice of three delectable courses (appetizer, entrιe and dessert) from different countries around the world for just $299 pesos per person.
The first week kicks off with the flavors of Asia. From June 2 through June 7, send your taste buds to the far east...
Starters
Mixed Green Salad with Asian pear and soy lime vinaigrette
Tom Yum Kai - Thai Hot and Sour Soup with chicken and mushrooms
Shumai - Pork and Shrimp Steamed Dumplings
Entrees
Spicy Basil Flank Steak with onion and bell pepper, served over Jasmine rice
Grilled Teriyaki Salmon with braised spinach and steamed Japanese rice with wasabi sauce
Wok Fried Pad Thai with shrimp, peanuts, eggs and tamarind sauce
Dessert
Mango Sorbet
Coconut Rice Pudding with lemongrass infused sauce

Open daily from 9 am to 11 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. (Closed on Tuesdays through October.) Visa, MasterCard and Banamex accepted. Reservations are recommended.
