The stunning Villa Leonardo will be the site for an early summer fundraiser to benefit Biblioteca Los Mangos (Los Mangos Library) on June 26, 2010.

Doors open at 6 pm. There is no entry fee. Savory food plates and drinks are available at $50 pesos per plate-drink. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Los Mangos, which is so very much needed as we enter in to the summer months.

Villa Leonardo is one of the most historic homes in Puerto Vallarta. Situated in Gringo Gulch, a local gathering place for artists and celebrities in the '60's, John Huston spent many an afternoon playing poker on the terrace with friends.

Today, the villa continues to possess a special magic with the central courtyard that overlooks the river, mountains and jungle. Arches, high ceilings, trestle doors, hacienda style wooden shutters, antique wrought iron and vintage hand made tiles are distinctive details of this century old masterpiece.

We invite you to enjoy an evening under the stars and full moon at this magical location and help to support Puerto Vallarta's very own library and cultural center.

Villa Leonardo is located at Guerrero #414 in the Gringo Gulch neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta, which means parking can be difficult, so valet parking will be provided.

For further information, please contact Pamela Thompson at pamela(at)healthcareresourcespv.com or 044-322-107-7007.

Biblioteca Los Mangos, Puerto Vallarta's Public Library, is a true community cultural center. For updated information on Los Mangos Library activities, please visit biblioteca-los-mangos.blogspot.com, call (322) 224-9966 or send an email to blm(at)prodigy.net.mx.
