New US Travel Advisories Exempt Mexico Tourism Spots

On November 15, the U.S. State Department issued an updated travel advisory for some parts of Mexico. But most popular tourist areas are still considered safe, including resort regions such as Cabo San Lucas - San Jose del Cabo and Puerto Vallarta - Riviera Nayarit.

The Palm Cabaret Opens Season with Star-Studded Show

This year, The Palm's opening night show will feature a star-studded cast of performers: Kim Kuzma, Piel Canela, Jimmy James, Jesse Luttrell, Nate Buccieri, Bohemia Viva and Miss Conception, who will also host the event. Event proceeds will go to the Puerto Vallarta non-profit, Corazón de Niña.

Democrats Abroad Weekly Film Series Resumes Dec. 5

The Costa Banderas Chapter of Democrats Abroad Mexico is launching its 10th Annual Film Series on December 5. The popular series features first-run films, shown upstairs at Nacho Daddy Restaurant on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm through March 27, 2019.
