Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The PV Garden Club supports not only a more beautiful, clean and verdant city, but is also making it more attractive to tourism, thus creating a vibrant economy to support all the other great causes in Puerto Vallarta.
Continuing in our mission to beautify Puerto Vallarta for the enjoyment of both residents and visitors, the Garden Club is actively looking for volunteers to help maintain our many plantings the summer months, when things really grow due to seasonal rains.
We had a good turnout on May 2, and our volunteers accomplished a lot. We very much appreciate everyone's hard work.
Our next outing of the summer will be on Thursday, May 16. If you can help, please meet us at 9:00 am in front of Dee's Coffee Shop on the Pier Street (Francisca Rodríguez). We will work there before moving on to Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo.
With many of our members and volunteers away for the summer, we need the help of as many of our year-round residents as we can get, so feel free to bring your friends, family, and neighbors. Don't forget to bring your hand-held tools. We will supply the necessary trash bags.
