According to the latest Vallarta Real Estate Fair Report over 1,100 condominiums, villas, homes, haciendas and commercial properties were purchased around the Bay of Banderas in 2018, that's about 16% up in volume and over 23% in revenue year on year. Clearly, there's a significant interest in living, working and playing in paradise!

The majority of the sales are in new condo buildings and driven by the AirBnB phenomenon. A professional aesthetic and décor plan is critical, even in smaller units where opulent roof decks feature large infinity pools and bars for the guest's enjoyment. More lenders have moved into the market, and this is also helping to drive property sales."

Four Key Trends We Can't Live Without

Neutrals – a time tested trend. A cohesive décor plan starts with a neutral palette executed throughout the entire unit. Whether you choose white, cream, linen, or decide to go with a bolder palette of greys, slates or even hues of blues, think "less is more," and focus on one neutral palette.
