Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Costa Banderas Chapter of Democrats Abroad Mexico wishes to thank all of you who have helped to make our Summer Socials such a success this year.

In August, twenty-three members were treated to an exclusive tour of the Vallarta Botanical Gardens led by founder Bob Price, and more than forty members and friends beat the heat - and bent an elbow - at Pal'Mar in the Zona Romantica.

We have another fun gathering planned for next month. Join us on Wednesday, September 18 from 5:00-7:00 pm at La Dolce Vita on Basilio Badillo. This sleek new bistro next to Joe Jack's Fish Shack offers the same delicious Italian food that La Dolce Vita has been serving at their Malecón location since 1992.

Specials for our group include 2-for-1 Margaritas and Daiquiris for just 70 pesos. There's a nice selection of beers and wines by the glass. And the restaurant is air-conditioned. If you're hungry, you can stay for a pizza from their wood-burning oven.
