Indigenous Culture Group Forms in Nayarit

On July 14, the United Communities of Nayarit Organization was officially named 'Ta Yeiyari,' the Huichol expression for 'Our customs and traditions.' According to president Carolina Carrillo Muñoz, the organization aims to defend and preserve the cultural heritage of the Huichol people.
