March 16th a Mexican Holiday Celebrating Benito Juarez

March 21 is a National Holiday that celebrates the birth of the famous Mexican president and national hero, Benito Juárez. But, to make a 3-day weekend of it, schools & government offices are closed on the 3rd Monday of March, which this year falls on the 16th.
