Seven million North Americans travel to Mexico every year. Alexander, Barrett & Company (ABC) is a new brokerage firm here in the Puerto Vallarta market. They have an experienced staff with expertise in multiple lending markets. The co-owner and President, Charles Alexander, has been in the lending industry since 1992 when he started as a loan originator at Horizon Mortgage and Investment in Olympia, WA USA.
Since that time he has seen many market changes to include the high interest rates in the 90's and the lowest rates in history. "I have been through so many market changes but the business stays the same. The markets have only affected the companies that are not prepared for change! And change is nothing new!" He is a current 'Net-Branch' (similar to franchising) owner of Windsor Capital in Phoenix, AZ and has owned 3 different mortgage firms in multiple states.
"Throughout all of the years I have found it very beneficial to follow the lending trends and this is the hottest market around right now! We have been fortunate to have been bought out in the past, but we plan on helping this community and this country grow in the financial arena," said Alexander.
"The area is ripe for investment and foreign capital is just a tool for our community to use in its development. I look forward to being a part of the booming economy, lowering interest rates, and developing programs that lower the existing down payments from the 30%'s that people are used to, to the 10%, 5%, and 0% down programs that the United States can offer. This allows more money to stay in the community and brings in the foreign capital that is in such demand," Charles states.
"With the horror stories of the past, we have a lot to overcome but we are prepared! We allow the client to know exactly what the process is from the very start and that the members of the company live here locally. The company is based here and that I am accessible 24 hours a day!"

"The drive the Marines gave me showed me nothing is impossible, there is always a way to make things work. It's just that people quit too soon and their dreams are never reached. As I played football through the years I couldn't imagining stopping on the 10 yard line and saying we can't do it by quitting the game. If you always keep pressing it will happen!"
