The Bank of México put the new 100-peso banknote in circulation last week. Featuring 17th century feminist Sister Juana Inés de la Cruz on one side, and monarch butterflies in a pine forest on the other, the new bill is made of polymer rather than paper.

GAP Reports Increase in Flights to Puerto Vallarta
Good news came 'flying in' last week, when Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) reported an increase in activity at the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport, which serves Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. According to GAP, the airport will be receiving 1,132 flights in November.
