A Revolutionary Method Against Allergies
Elizabeth Ortega
Every generation or so a pioneer discovers something remarkable. These discoveries are often discredited or even ridiculed for many years until validated by another independent source. One such trailblazer is Dr. Devi Nambutripad, an immigrant from India.
She was inspired by the need to cure her own health problems. As a child she suffered sever skin rash over her entire body that would crack and bleed. Only through a very limited diet which consisted of three to four items and lying under a medicated sheet did she receive any relief.
As a young woman she moved to the U.S. in search of a better life and a possible cure. She found that conventional medicine did not have the answers she sought. Over the next several years she received degrees in nursing, acupuncture, PhD, and chiropractic. Using this knowledge, she realized that to find the solution she would have to think outside of the box.
Dr. George Goodhart, a chiropractic researcher, discovered that using a patient's strong muscle he could accurately test organ systems and was able to determine that each large muscle group was associated to a specific organ. An example of this is the brachioradialis or large muscle of the upper arm is associated with the stomach.
If this muscle tests weak it indicates a lack of energy to the stomach and can cause symptoms of insomnia and general nervous tension. With her certification in acupuncture and a degree in chiropractic she combined this information with years of research. A new revolutionary procedure was developed called NAET (Nambutipads Allergy Elimination Technique).
Why is this so revolutionary? Quite simply it gives the doctor the ability to remove any type of allergy. That means that if someone suffers from an allergic reaction to pollen, mold, seafood or any other irritant it can now be removed with a non-invasive acupressure technique.
Let me give you an example. When my three year old daughter would play outside she would start to cough and the more she ran and played the cough would worsen. That night her breathing would become tighter and she would began to wheeze and more coughing would be the results. She would struggle to breath between bouts of coughing.
For any parent with a child with Asthma this is a familiar scene. During the next six months I tried everything that natural therapeutics had to offer with no permanent success. Harsh medication was the only choice. The recommended dosage for a common bronchial dilator was a teaspoon.
The medication had a strong affect on my child's nervous system causing her to become wild and thrash about. Even in sleep this medication produced twisting and jerking. Fortunately, fate intervened and I happened to meet an acupuncturist who had just returned for the basic NAET course. After she explained what NAET was all about I asked her if it would help Asthma. To my surprise she said that Asthma was often very easy to treat.
Later that day I went to the website. I looked up a couple of doctors and called each one and received the same answer. At this point I let myself become causally optimistic. The next weekend I hopped on a plane for L.A. After returning from the basic course I was able to totally relieve my daughter of all her Asthmatic symptoms - and today she is symptom free and on no medication.
