The Summer Sizzle menu continues at Daiquiri Dick's restaurant in Puerto Vallarta with a hot 4th of July dinner cookout menu. There's three courses for $299 pesos and choices for each course. The staffs hopes you celebrate this American holiday in Mexico and enjoy their twist on a classic backyard BBQ.

Open daily from 9 am to 11 pm, Daiquiri Dick's offers elegant dining in a relaxed atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. (Closed on Tuesdays from May 1st through October.)
