With the water getting warmer, fishing in Puerto Vallarta is hot this month. We are already seeing lots of Tuna, Dorado and Rooster fish and are starting to see more and more Blue and Black Marlin. From this point on, we will see the season really start to take off all the way through December.

El Tigre 7th Anniversary Golf Tournament

On Saturday, June 27, 2009, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta is hosting a golf tournament to celebrate the 7th anniversary of the 2002 opening of their 18-hole, par-72 championship PGA-rated golf course, which was designed by Robert von Hagge and Rick Baril.

Brazil Wins Beach Volleyball Championship

Brazil took home the gold at the Puerto Vallarta 2009 International Beach Volleyball Tournament, which took place from June 12-14 at the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Stadium in Puerto Vallarta, with the US coming in second and Greece taking home the bronze.
