Isabel Goldsmith, daughter of the late Sir James Goldsmith and granddaughter of Don Antenor Patino (who developed Las Hadas), is hosting a series of fitness and yoga retreats at her private hideaway on the Mexican Riviera - Las Alamandas, getaway to many of Hollywood's biggest celebrities.
First, Goldsmith is bringing in fitness guru Tom Holland (teamholland.com) to conduct a 7-day beach fitness retreat set for Saturday, January 21st through Saturday, January 28th, 2006. The retreat will consist of a daily schedule of workout classes and hikes led by Mr. Holland in concert with a diet of healthy culinary creations from ingredients grown organically on the property.
Then, from March 26-30, April 30-May 4, and June 8-11, Kelly Kemp and Michelle King of Via Yoga (viayoga.com/) will host three revitalizing Yoga & Pilates vacations with packages including accommodations, classes, massage, meals, and more.
