The cost is $2,995 per person. Travelers must book and buy their own air tickets. Call 508-349-9769 or go to spanishjourneys.com.

• The Clarence bills itself as Dublin, Ireland's rock 'n' roll boutique hotel because it is, after all, owned by a couple of members of U2. The trendy hotel becomes somewhat more affordable off-season with its Winter Retreat Package, starting at about $275 per room for up to two people. The offer includes a superior room and a full Irish breakfast. The rate includes taxes, and no service charge applies. Go to theclarence.ie.
