Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - There's always so much going on in Puerto Vallarta and around Banderas Bay, it can be difficult to keep up with it all. Especially during the winter months, when there are tons of great charity events designed to raise much-needed funds for local non-profit organizations.

The following events offer everyone the opportunity to have a great time while enhancing the lives of those who are in need of help.

Bohemian Karaoke to Raise Funds for Vallarta Centennial Show

On Friday, January 12 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm Eureka Arte y Producción/Hecho En Vallarta will host "Bohemian Karaoke" at the Isla Cuale Cultural Center. This is their second event designed to raise money for the production of their play, "Quiler Cuin," which they hope to present as part of the Puerto Vallarta centennial celebrations. Everyone is invited to come have fun while singing (or singing along to) all of your favorite songs by the British band, Queen. There will be a raffle in which you can win great prizes, such as paintings, books, LP's and some other surprises. The donation is 150 pesos per person, and advance reservations are strongly suggested as pre-sale tickets are going fast! Dine and Dance for a Cause at Café des Artistes

Café des Artistes invites you to Dine and Dance for a Cause on Friday, January 19 at 6:30 pm. Organized by Mexican families with children that have intellectual disabilities, the monies raised will help them build an activities center, where training courses and artistic activities will be offered to help their kids further their educations and build professional skills. Come enjoy an evening that includes a cocktail, dinner with wine, and Disco dancing for just 1300 pesos per person, while giving these kids the opportunity to build a better life. Beta Sigma Phi Art, Music & Dinner Fundraiser

The Theta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, an international service sorority, will be hosting an "Art, Music & Dinner" fundraiser to be held at Etxea Restaurant on the Nuevo Vallarta Malecón from 6:00 to 9:00 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2018. The net proceeds of this event will be used to provide uniforms, supplies and other school-related necessities in to local children in the Nuevo Vallarta vicinity. Alexander A Salon Hosts Charity Luncheon for Pasitos de Luz

On Saturday, February 3rd at 1:00 pm (door opens 12:30 pm), Alexander A Salon will host a charity luncheon at The River Café to raise much-needed funds for Pasitos de Luz, a day care facility for disabled children from low income families in Puerto Vallarta. Come enjoy a lovely brunch, including an appetizer, main course and dessert, while checking out Alexander's new hair styles, a glamorous makeover and popular ladies' fashions from Vogue's Boutique.
