Fractional ownership sales have been launched at the Garza Blanca Preserve, a development of two- and three-bedroom penthouse residences on an 88-acre property, near Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
The hillside area of the Garza Blanca Preserve contains seven 12-storey residential buildings, with two units per floor, and four private pol areas. Additionally, the beach area consists of 46 residences while on the south side of the beach are two beachfront buildings with 18 residences and two penthouses each, equipped with underground parking.
Amenities include floodlit tennis courts, beach club, health spa, executive fitness centre, retail village, hiking trails, barbecue areas and fenced-in privacy and security. A pedestrian bridge will connect the hillside and beachside areas.
