At the all-inclusive Taheima Wellness Resort, nurturing your soul begins with a healthy, balanced diet, but eating well at Taheima is far from mundane. Gourmet menus were designed by the president of l'Academie Culinaire de France, Master Chef Gerard Dupont, and are prepared by Taheima's Chef Laurent Delorme. Dining options include elegant meals at Silhouette Restaurant, traditional Mexican fare at Cafe Maria and Pan-Asian menus at the pool. The resort also offers special low calorie, heart healthy, diabetic, vegan and anti-cancer menus.
Accommodation options at Taheima include studio and one to three bedroom suites, each equipped with a kitchenette, phone, individually controlled air conditioning and WiFi. Ground-floor units feature a private plunge pool.
With over 25 scheduled activities a week for adults and children, the opportunities for personal transformation are endless.
