Meant to honor the lives of deceased loved ones, Day of the Dead is one of Mexico’s most important traditions dating back to the Aztecs and Mayans. To mark this occasion, Xcaret Natural Park offers a snapshot of Mexican culture with traditional cuisine, a plethora of authentic altars, art and photography exhibitions and musical and theatre performances.
