Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The 2011 Pan American Games sailing competitions in Riviera Nayarit are getting exciting, with four Mexican sailors holding their own against the Americans, Argentineans and Brazilians.

Also, organizers have free boat rides ready to take fans out on the sea and closer to the action. All you have got to do is approach Vallarta Yacht Club at Paradise Village Marina in Nuevo Vallarta and ask to organizers about schedules and availability. Remember competitions start around 1 pm but there is a limited number of seats on the boats, the ride takes about 1.5 hours, so get there early.

Competitors will take a break on Thursday, but Pan American sailing events resume on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
