Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico - The Second International Beach Polo Cup, scheduled to be held July 5-7, 2013, can be summed up in four words: Glamour, Rock, Polo, and Beach. The Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta in Riviera Nayarit will host the event, which is free and open to the public.

At a press conference held at the hotel earlier this month, Event Sports Director Octavio Munguia said that he would add a fifth word to describe the weekend's festivities - and that word is 'Family' - as the weekend promises fun for all ages.

Large crowds are expected to attend the II International Beach Polo Cup, due in large part to the high level of energy the players will convey, since they will be competing with Argentina's world-renowned riders, including:

In addition to world-class polo matches, with qualifier rounds beginning on July 6th at 2 pm and final matches being played on July 7th beginning at 1 pm, festivities will include an Opening Party and a Fashion Show by Tucanê on July 5th; the Nuestra Belleza Nayarit beauty pageant finals in the hotel gardens and a Polo Party at Barra Bar in Puerto Vallarta on July 6th; and the Awards Ceremony and closing party at the Hard Rock on July 7th.
