Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - If you want to enjoy a lazy day without the hassles of going to the beach, spend a day at the Boutique Hotel Hacienda Escondida, Lazaro Cardenas 567, in Colonia Emiliano Zapata, on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.

The Summer Splash Day Pass is $500 pesos. Relax for the day, 11 am to 5 pm, at this serene retreat from July through October. The pass provides non-guests access to the hotel's tropical, plant-filled pool terrace featuring chaise lounges, dining tables and chairs with umbrellas, Adirondacks and the hammock swinging above the pool.

There is also a cool water Jacuzzi plus good shaded areas for those who can't take too much sun. You can connect to Wifi as well.

Think of it as a "daycation." This is a nice break because you do not have to book a room in order to enjoy the pool and surrounding leisure area. This gives Puerto Vallarta locals a great way to get away for a relaxing afternoon, without a huge time or cost commitment. Those on vacation can take advantage of being able to go to another pool and get a different and unique experience.

Towels are supplied. You may bring your own food and refreshments. If you want to have a catered party, please let management know and a quote can be provided.
