Punta Pelicanos, a Success Story PVNN
Small waves painted white on the eternal blue canvas of the sea, grandiose mountains, a set of small fishing boats bobbing in the ocean. This part of the bay attracts nationals and foreigners alike with its peace, tranquility, and natural beauty. The unanimous expression of all those who visit here is "... this is Paradise."
Just a few minutes north of Puerto Vallarta's International Airport, on the road to Punta de Mita you will find the small picturesque fishing village of Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Within this town, located on the Bay of Banderas, you will find an important group of exclusive real-estate projects.
Here you will find a combination of the simplicity and tranquility of small town Mexico, endless beaches with gentle waves, and the comforts of the modern world with new tourist developments such as the Four Seasons Resort and Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
In 1998, the plans were laid for the Punta Pelicanos project. The first phase of 17 houses was sold almost as fast as they were built. The following year 32 houses were constructed in the second phase, and were, like the first, sold almost immediately. In the year 2000 the majority of these houses had been sold.
With a splendid view of the beach, these houses with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms are excellently situated in the solar path, allowing for bright sunny rooms with views toward the beach. This community is surrounded by 3 hectares of green area, within which there are three ponds, a tennis court, clubhouse, and 24-hour security.
The houses have two and 1/2 baths, spacious dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens, double garages, central air conditioning, 700 square meters of land and 320 m2 of construction with prices from $266,000 dollars. Currently there are only 15 units remaining for those who wish to live or vacation in one of the most exclusive and privileged places on the beautiful coast of Nayarit.
