Ecotours de México is a small, family owned and operated eco-tour company in Puerto Vallarta that provides a variety of unique outdoor experiences and exclusive ecotours in and around Banderas Bay. Founded in 1991 by Astrid Frisch and Karel Beets, Ecotours de México was one of the first eco-tour operators in the country, and a founding member of the Mexican Association of Adventure Travel and Eco-tourism (AMTAVE).
At Ecotours de México, we offer people who are concerned about nature and conservation the opportunity to enjoy new and unique experiences, while learning about the natural environment. We believe that you can't love that which you don't know, and we truly hope that after traveling with us you'll share in our knowledge and our love for nature.
Our expert team of eco-guides, biologists and naturalists has led tours for international associations such as the World Wildlife Fund, the New York American Museum of Natural History, the Saint Louis Zoo, and the National Wildlife Federation, and we provide all of our clients with the same personal and professional attention to detail to ensure that every one of our expeditions is an unforgettable experience.
