Carlos Palencia Captures Vallarta Open Championship

The first Annual Vallarta Open, which began on September 19th with a field of 16 Mexican tennis pros competing for the top prize, concluded Saturday with Carlos Palencia of Monterrey defeating Juan Elizondo of Leon in the final match.
