Daiquiri Dick's invites you to enjoy an unforgettable evening of fine dining, great music and good will at the Second Annual Jorge & Lenny Benefit Concert on Friday, March 31st from 7-10 pm.
Most everyone who knows Puerto Vallarta is familiar with the popular musical duo Jorge & Lenny. But what you may not know is that a cancerous tumor was found on the right arm of Jorge's 1 1/2 year-old son 11 months ago, and Lenny's daughter was in a near-fatal car accident a couple of years ago.
Though Jorge and Lenny have recently been spending most of their time and money taking their children to Guadalajara for treatment, Jorge's son still needs another year or so of chemotherapy, and Lenny's daughter needs one last operation on the injury to her leg that resulted from the accident.
In an effort to ease the financial burden that Jorge & Lenny's families will be carrying during the upcoming off season, Daiquiri Dick's will be hosting a benefit concert, featuring the artists themselves, on Friday, March 31st from 7-10 pm.
This fun-filled event offers you the chance to enjoy great food and live entertainment, bid on the catered dinners and/or gift certificates that are up for auction, or drop your contribution to this worthy cause directly in a donation box.
