Emalee Chapman, author of seven cookbooks, is offering a series of cooking classes in Puerto Vallarta on June 27th, 28th and 29th. Class size is limited and reservations must be made in advance. To reserve your space, please contact Emalee Chapman by Monday, June 26th at 223-0906.
Emalee Chapman, Puerto Vallarta resident and author of seven cookbooks including "Fifteen Minute Meals" and "Chicken" (also published in Spanish as "Pollo",) recently announced plans to introduce a series of cooking classes in late June.

No stranger to the gastronomic scene, Chapman worked for many years as a consultant at Williams/Sonoma cookware store in San Francisco and traveled to W/S stores throughout the US, teaching cooking and consulting as a kitchen designer before moving to Puerto Vallarta.

Ms. Chapman's Puerto Vallarta cooking classes are scheduled to be held on June 27th, 28th and 29th from 11 am to 3 pm each day in the home of Humberto Esparza, which is located just across the river from his fine dining restaurant, Le Bistro.

The focus of these cooking classes will be on simple fresh dishes that are perfect for the warm summer months. Utilizing colorful seasonal ingredients, these easily prepared recipes will inspire all cooks to enter the kitchen this summer.

Classes cost just $300 USD for the three day series, and include all of the ingredients to prepare the dishes and appropriately matched wines to enjoy with the meal at the end of each class. Printed recipes for the meals prepared each day will also be provided, so you can re-create the meal in your own home - anytime you like.

Class size is limited and reservations must be made in advance. To reserve your space, please contact Emalee Chapman by Monday, June 26th at 223-0906.
