Scheduled to be held from October 23rd-27th in the kitchens of the CECATI auditorium in downtown Vallarta, this special five-day cooking course will give a few lucky students the chance to spend four hours per day [3-7 pm] learning how to prepare meals served in some of the city's finest restaurants.

The fourth in a series of CANIRAC Cooking Classes, this special five-day course will be led by chefs from Alfredo Di Roma, Bai Sri, Citrus, Frida and Reposteria Charme, who will walk you through the preparation of a different three-course menu every day.

After each day's class, students will sit down to enjoy the meal that they helped prepare. At the end of the five-day course, students will receive a diploma signed by each chef, and a group photo with all of the chefs to commemorate the completion of the course.

Course inscription cost just $1800 pesos per person and includes: five, 3-hour cooking classes; a three-course meal at the end of each class; a 15 page recipe book; an apron and chef's hat; a CANIRAC Cooking Course diploma and a group photo.
