December 31st - 8 pm to 1 am
Celebrate the arrival of 2007 with style and excitement at La Palapa Restaurant and Beach Club on Los Muertos Beach! La Palapa's tropical beachfront ambiance provides an excellent backdrop for the festivities and a ring-side seat for the fireworks that explode all across Banderas Bay at midnight.
Served from 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm, La Palapa's New Years Eve Menu includes:
• Lobster Frisee Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
• Creamy Artichoke Soup with Mascarpone cheese and sun-dried tomato brioche
• Duck Confit with sweet potato puree and citrus sauce
• Chilean Sea Bass, shrimp, creamy potato puree, saffron, ginger and coconut sauce
• Bellini Beef Tenderloin with seared fois gras, mushroom ragout, mascarpone beignet, red wine truffle sauce
• Chocolate Decadence with berry sauce
