Construction is in full swing at La Vida, an exclusive community located just minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the romantic seaside village of Bucerias, and is scheduled to be completed by the summer of 2008.

Puerto Vallarta - La Vida is an exclusive community of only 23 residencias located just minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport in the romantic seaside village of Bucerias. This beautiful beachfront development perfectly balances resort services and amenities with the security and feeling of being home.

Designed by renowned architects Fernando de Haro and Jesús Fernández, the quality and distinction built into each of the homes is truly impressive, blending the best of natural materials with the elegance and classic lines of contemporary colonial architecture.

La Vida is proud to announce that construction is in full swing on six homes and eight condos. Delivery of the first beachfront home is due in the coming weeks with completion of all 23 residencias set for completion in summer of 2008.

"We are excited to see La Vida coming together so quickly now. The site is changing each week as our visions are coming to fruition," stated Clynt B. Taylor, Partner, Strategy and Sales for Será Resorts. "Seeing the completed beach club, the homes and landscaping taking shape is truly a delight."

Creative design elements and uncommon features are an integral part of the La Vida lifestyle. As a representative sampling, each home includes gracious entry ways with stone rugs laid by a master craftsman, terracotta floors with pebble accents, tropical hardwoods, exquisite artisan hand-made lighting fixtures, private heated pools, color-tinted concrete kitchen and bathroom counters, Wolf ranges, Sub zero refrigerators, Bosch dishwashers, remote-controlled zoned air conditioning, double-filtered UV water-purification system - the list of amenities and features is truly breathtaking. Simply the finest materials and conveniences, combined artistically and tastefully, are used in La Vida.

The developers of La Vida have a wealth of experience, with over 30 years building projects in Mexico and the United States. Projects include up-scale second-home communities, multi-unit retail outlets and shopping super-centers. La Vida is a collective development effort of Ted Murphy, Doug Sperber and Será Resorts.

Architectural services are provided by Fernando de Haro and his Mexico City-based company, ABAX. Bahia Construction, recognized for its professionalism, efficiency and quality, is the builder for La Vida.
