Puerto Vallarta - Chuck Toops and the C and C Development Company are proud to announce that the first of three contemporary Mexican residential towers of Villas de la Colina II is quickly rising from the construction site high in the Amapas hills overlooking Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay.

With the foundation work on the first tower completed, the spectacular homes are beginning to take shape. Each of the 63 units will offer commanding views of Vallarta and its cathedral, the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding jungle of the Sierra Madres. Delivery of the first home is due in August of 2008 with completion of all residences set for the end of the year.

Villas de la Colina II is setting new standards for developments in Banderas Bay. With its location close to town, its authentic contemporary Mexican architecture and its use of green spaces and waterfalls, Villas de la Colina II can truly be called a modern tropical paradise.

Buyers will enjoy a full range of amenities from a state-of-the-art gym, meandering pools, a complete in-home water purification system to being able to select from a variety of personal finishes for their new home. Each home utilizes only the finest materials and finishes, and offers technology features usually only reserved for homes in the U.S. or Canada.

Villas de la Colina II will be built to US codes or better in every single aspect of its construction. In addition, First American Title Insurance will be available for each home, further raising the bar.

"We are thrilled to watch Villas de la Colina II come together. With the unfortunate event that took place earlier this spring, the subsequent delay in ensuring that we complied with the security specifications requested by the authorities and making sure that all effected parties were taken care of, we are looking forward to moving full steam ahead and delivering the quality homes to our buyers as promised," exclaimed Chuck Toops, President of C and C Development Company.

The new on-site sales office at Calle Hortencias is soon to be opened, and special pre-construction prices are still available. Two-bedroom residencies begin in the $300,000's. Call or visit the Villas de la Colina II sales office today at 322-222-6505, 322-429-8561 or email at sales@tropicasa.com.
