Kenneth Ray Varner, a.k.a. Ken, Kenneth Giovanni (there may be more alias) has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from investors in Mexico and the USA. Varner is wanted by the law, is involved with multiple scam and fraud cases, is suspect for murder of his father Jim Varner, and is being investigated for money laundering and drug trafficking.
He is caucasian, approximately 6' tall, 200 lbs, blond to brown hair, blue/green eyes, and is 31 years old. He speaks English and Spanish fluently. Kenneth fled from Washington before he was sentenced, and now is reportedly in the Puerto Vallarta area. Scams he uses are: condo, hotel, and house construction.
