America's Cup Racing is the ultimate sailing experience. Once an exclusive activity for millionaires and professional yacht racers, now you can live the excitement in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on Vallarta Adventures America's Cup Challenge. Click HERE for more Vallarta Adventure's videos.

There's plenty of racing excitement during Vallarta Race Week, which continues through March 8th, but many are looking forward to March 5th, when the Mexican and USA racing elite challenge each other to a duel on the I.A.C.C. America’s Cup Race Boats brought to Banderas Bay by Vallarta Adventures.

This is an even match event on neutral boats. The boats are identical, but the crews come from totally different racing backgrounds. Who will cross the finish line first? Come out and cheer for your favorite team.

The America's Cup sailing match is just one of many events scheduled during Vallarta Race Week, and the public is welcome to stop by the Vallarta Yacht Club in Nuevo Vallarta to enjoy all of the daily races, nightly events, music and fun that are taking place throughout the entire week.

The local cruisers will have their chance to settle scores during the Banderas Bay Regatta. This is the 16th year of the local race and it starts Thursday, March 6th, and continues through Saturday, the 8th.

Vallarta Adventures will be providing a few boats for spectators who want to see the race from the water on a space available, first-come-first-serve basis. The boats will pick up spectators at the Public Dock at Paradise Village Marina around noon. Contact Vallarta Adventures at (322) 297-1212 for pricing information.
