Hacienda Jalisco is offering a special package price of $500 pesos per person, per night from May 23rd-25th, 2008. To make your reservations, please visit HaciendaJalisco.com

May 23, 24 and 25, 2008 brings the first San Sebastian Silver Festival to this quaint little town, less than a two hour drive from Puerto Vallarta in San Sebastian del Oeste. Presentations will be given on the history of mining in Mexico and San Sebastian in particular - with tours of the mines (La Quiteria, El Provenier and others.)

The townsfolk will prepare delicious foods for sale and there will be a performance of the ballet "Vallarta Azteca" in the main plaza. There will be sixteen kiosks with information about the pueblo and as well, other nearby towns. Handicrafts from the area will be sold as well. There is no charge for the event but there is a $300 peso per person fee for transportation to the mines.

We are offering a special package price at the Hacienda Jalisco of $500 pesos per person, per night, including a full breakfast. Space is limited, so reservations must be made (with deposit) as soon as possible.

The Hacienda Jalisco is a 180 year old hacienda that was the center of all of the mining activities in the area - now a guest inn. There is no electricity at the Hacienda, so spending an evening-night by oil lanterns makes it a truly a magical place! Leave the heat of Vallarta behind and enjoy the cool, fresh mountain air in San Sebastian. With the new road, access is very easy!

For more information or to make your reservations, please visit HaciendaJalisco.com, or contact me at pmt15(at)hotmail.com.
