Stocked with carnival rides and circus acts, live music, entertainment and games of chance and stands selling arts & crafts, souvenirs and trinkets, candy apples and cotton candy, there's something for everyone at the Puerto Vallarta Summer Fair 2008.

Summertime means having some quality time to spend with your family but, for families living in the Banderas Bay area, finding affordable activities that the whole family can enjoy is not always easy. Never fear, Summer Fair 2008 is here!

Stocked with carnival rides and circus acts, live music, entertainment and games of chance and stands selling arts & crafts, souvenirs and trinkets, candy apples and cotton candy, Summer Fair 2008 is being held on the Flamingo's Esplanade, (behind the Mega Commercial Mexicana in Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone,) through July 27th.

Open Monday through Saturday from 7 pm to 12 am, Puerto Vallarta's Summer Fair 2008 offer lots of fun for everyone - from Moms and Dads to toddlers and teenagers to Grandpas and Grandmas - and General Admission tickets cost just $40 pesos per person.

Summer Fair 2008 features traditional carnival rides such as a Ferris Wheel, bumper cars, carousels, The Hammer, The Himalaya and The Canoe, to name a few, and games of chance such as a Ring Toss, Sharp Shooting, Darts, Bingo and Roulette are available for those who wish to participate - at reasonable prices.

Every night starting at 8 pm, the main theater stage features local bands, impersonators, trios and comedians. In addition, circus performances start every night at 8:30 pm.

There are also local crafts and trinket stands for shopping, as well as food stands offering traditional "fair foods" such as candy apples, cotton candy, ice cream, burritos and giant hot dogs, to mention a few.

Family fun doesn't have to be expensive, so come on out to Summer Fair 2008 for a fun-filled evening of entertainment that the whole family will enjoy!
