Armería, Colima - And first of all, I would like to thank all you adults in the prime of life and senior citizens, for all you have done for us and for the children you have raised and educated, and who have now moved away from home. I would like to thank you for all you have done for Mexico.
We know that the most marginalized people live in the countryside, which is why this support targets those living in rural communities, in other words, communities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.
But people in the countryside do receive this support because we know that it is in the countryside that there are fewer opportunities and more marginalization.
And we also know that those who already 70 are even more marginalized because sometimes they feel weak or can't work any more, for a number of reasons.
But it is precisely because of that, because we want this support to be for you, because this support has been approved by Congress, and all deputies from all parties. |
