On September 5th, Tikul Pacific Cuisine hosted an unforgettable evening of fine dining, great music and good will to raise funds for Make-A-Wish Mexico.

On September 5th, more than 80 people enjoyed an unforgettable evening of fine dining, great music and good will at a Benefit Dinner for Make-A-Wish México hosted by Tikul Pacific Cuisine in Marina Vallarta.

Designed and created by Puerto Vallarta restaurateur and musician, Alberto Perez, Tikul is part of the APG restaurant group, which also includes the elegant, beachfront La Palapa Restaurant and the sophisticated, hilltop Vista Grill.

Though Tikul is the newest of these fine dining establishments, it has quickly become a favorite among seasonal visitors as well as year 'round residents who enjoy the good life, making it the perfect place for such a wonderful event.

On the night of the benefit dinner, everyone gathered at this beautiful Marina Vallarta restaurant to enjoy an exquisite and graciously served three-course meal prepared by Tikul chefs complimented by the soft, melodic sounds of Henry Bermudez's saxophone and Middle Eastern dancing by Aisha, while supporting a worthy cause.

While there, Devon spoke to Tikul Public Relations Manager Juan Carlos Salmon about the APG restaurant group's support of the Vallarta community and local charitable organizations, and to Make-A-Wish Mexico Executive Director Rosario Salazar about MAW's commitment to fulfilling the wishes of terminally ill children here in Mexico.

All in all the night was a rousing success. A percentage of the proceeds raised will go to Make-A-Wish Mexico, whose mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
