Celebrated author, artist and altruist, Peter Gray, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2008.

Puerto Vallarta has lost one of its most respected residents. Celebrated author, artist and altruist, Peter Gray, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at San Javier Hospital in Guadalajara, after surgery for an aortic aneurysm.

A familiar name to Puerto Vallarta residents and visitors, Peter was best known for his kindness and generosity in helping others. He was an active part of the community and involved with many altruistic projects and charitable organizations throughout the Banderas Bay area.

We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Buri, his daughter and their extended family as well as any friends reading this for their loss. Peter will be sorely missed by all, but his legacy will live on through the projects he initiated and supported as well as the lives of those he touched.
