President Calderón Tours November 4 Air Crash Zone

President Felipe Calderón (L) toured the area where the Interior Secretary, his staff, crew members and civilians died on November 4.
 
Mexico City - Early Saturday, accompanied by Luis Téllez Kuenzler, Secretary of Communications and Transport, and Federal District Delegate in Miguel Hidalgo, Gabriela Cuevas, President Felipe Calderón toured the area where the Interior Secretary, his staff, crew members and civilians died on November 4.

The President was informed of the progress of the investigations and the details revealed by the evidence by Captain Gilberto López Meyer, Director General of Civil Aeronautics, Joseph Seder, of the United States of America National Transportation Board and Mr. Robert Carter, principal investigator of the Air Accident Branch in the United Kingdom.

For his part, President Calderón announced his government’s decision to undertake all the necessary investigations to determine the causes that led to the plane crash.
