Fundraising Dinner at Banana Cantina to Benefit Gib Hauersperger

Just about everybody who lives in Puerto Vallarta or even spends time here in the winter, knows Gib Hauersperger, who has been serving tourists here in Puerto Vallarta as a gay concierge for years.
Recently, Gib has had some very serious medical issues resulting in multiple surgeries. Though previous fundraisers have made a good start on the funds that are needed to cover his ongoing medical expenses, Gib is in need of our community's continued support.
Please join Debbi Egan and her staff at Banana Cantina on Wednesday, December 10th from 6-10 pm for a benefit dinner for Gib. A wonderful menu is planned and will include:
Starter Course: Spring Rolls with shrimp, served with teriyaki sauce, wasabi, and ginger -or- Caesar salad -or- Banana Cantina Tortilla Soup with sour cream, fresh cheese, and avocado
Entr้e: Crab Ravioli with a basil cream sauce -or- Carne Asada with traditional style tortillas, grilled onions, grilled nopal, and homemade beans, with a Molcajete salsa on the side.
Desert: Banana Brownie with grilled plantain, whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce -or- Choco Cherries with brandy-soaked cherries dipped in chocolate.
The price for this delicious meal is $200 pesos.
In addition to dinner, there will be a 50/50 raffle at $50 pesos a ticket. 50% of the total sales from the raffle go towards Gib's expenses and the winner receives the other 50%.
